Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of the full service amount before any future appointments can be scheduled. Late Arrivals: A late fee of $10 will be applied for arrivals 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. If payment of the late fee is not made, service will not be provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in an automatic appointment cancellation, and forfeiture of the deposit. If the service provider is still able to accommodate the appointment, the cancellation policy will be waived, but the late fee will remain in effect. Guest Policy: Only clients receiving services may be present during the appointment. Service Requirements for Lace Frontal/Wig Installations: HD or transparent lace only. Frontal or wig must be provided 2–3 days prior to the appointment date. Installations will not be performed on hair store frontals, lace frontal wigs, part wigs, or over locs. Installations will not be performed over work previously done by another stylist.
