All Clients are required to complete the consent form before their appointment. This from will be sent in your appointment confirmation email.
Late Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed to ensure we stay on schedule for you and our other guests. If you arrive 16 minutes late or more your appointment will be cancelled.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required for all reschedules and cancellations. If you cancel or reschedule with less, then 24-hour notice full payment will be due for any further bookings.
